Job Description
Premier Plastic Surgery Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time HR/Payroll/Accounting Specialist position. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to human resources, payroll processing, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of confidential information.
This is a part-time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities:
ย Human Resources:
ย Partner with our PEO to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
ย Verify and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
ย Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
ย Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs.
ย Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
ย Payroll:
ย Administer all aspects of payroll, from data entry and calculations to incorporating manual adjustments for accurate employee pay
ย Maintain payroll records and documentation.
ย Accounting:
ย Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
ย Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, address changes and W9 information
ย Assist with month-end closing activities.
ย Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
ย Extract monthly reports from the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications:
ย Proven experience in HR, payroll, and accounting, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment.
ย Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
ย Experience and proficiency in ADP TotalSource payroll software, Bill.com AP/AR software and NexTech EMR system
ย Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
ย Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
ย Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ย Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ย Strong organizational and time-management skills.
