Job Details: • Company: Aetna (in partnership with Workwarp) • Location: Remote (with occasional in-office meetings) • Compensation: $30/hour • Employment Type: Full-time • Work Hours: 8 hours/day Job Responsibilities: • Verify enrollment status, update client records, and address various enrollment-related issues • Maintain accurate enrollment databases and facilitate the transfer of eligibility information • Utilize online resources to understand account structures and benefits, and assist in the development of these resources • Research and resolve eligibility and enrollment-related issues, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal partners to achieve positive outcomes • Apply technical requirements, organizational policies, and account structures to address eligibility matters • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the IT department to define and identify business needs and solutions • Ensure seamless integration with downstream systems, testing and validating data files for new or existing clients • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the release of eligibility, plan design, and benefit information Requirements: • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize needs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in a similar role • Bachelor's degree or higher What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour • Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company • Remote work arrangement with occasional in-office meetings • Collaborative and dynamic work environment If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
