<p>Aviyana Global Campus — the hospitality training and education arm of Aviyana Ceylon- is seeking dynamic and experienced Hospitality Teachers to join our international vocational hospitality education institute. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring, and guiding students while maintaining required compliance with the curriculum.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in hospitality to students at various levels</p><p>• Maintain course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments</p><p>• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and success</p><p>• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to support their academic and personal development</p><p>• Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the hospitality industry, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching and course materials</p><p>• Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve the outcome of the teaching and ensure that it meets the needs of our students</p><p>• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress within the given timelines</p><p>• Participate in academic meetings and committees as required</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Possess a qualification or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field</p><p>• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry</p><p>• Teaching experience in a vocational or tertiary education setting is preferred</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>• Strong knowledge of current trends and developments in the hospitality industry</p><p>• Strong organizational and time-management skills</p><p>• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds and cultures</p><p>•Proficiency in the use of technology, including learning management systems, online collaboration tools, and multimedia, will be an added advantage.</p><p><br></p><p>Email your resume to [email protected] within 14 days of this advertisement.</p>
