As a Field Community Health & Social Impact Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting medical management activities to ensure quality patient care
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to coordinate and manage patient care
- Reviewing medical records and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulations
- Providing guidance and support to patients and their families regarding medical treatment options
- Participating in medical rounds and case conferences to discuss patient care strategies

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical management or healthcare coordination
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
