About the position Responsibilities ⢠Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR's services and offerings, including benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, and talent development. ⢠Deliver world-class and personalized care experiences to all levels of the organization through multiple channels of communication, including chat, phone, and case work. ⢠Contribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience. ⢠Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience. ⢠Coach end users through the use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications. Requirements ⢠3+ years of HR Generalist experience ⢠Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA, Payroll, and Benefits, with a focus on the employee experience ⢠Adept at coaching people leaders and employees ⢠Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment ⢠High attention to detail, comfortable with heavy use of technology and high volume of contacts.
