They are seeking a Human Resources Business Analyst to support human resource systems by analyzing user needs, developing solutions, and providing ongoing analysis in a compassionate healthcare community. Responsibilities β’ Utilizing advanced knowledge of HR Business Intelligence and Human Resource Systems, the HR Business Analyst acts as a liaison between HR staff as end users, and Information Services staff; coordinates and writes design specifications for functional changes or enhancements to automated processes, panels, screens and tables; coordinates system testing; facilitates system upgrades and modifications; administers system security and controls; assists end users in developing reports and queries; audits data base integrity; and serves as a primary contact to troubleshoot problems and resolve functional system issues. β’ Provides custom reports which include HR data to manipulate in other software such as MS access or Excel. β’ Interfaces with departments outside of HR, such as Payroll and Management Audit, concerning HR Business Intelligence data. β’ Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information systems specific to the Human Resource department. β’ Regularly handles special assignments and projects and acts as a project team leader to the HR Analysts and technical support staff. Skills β’ A minimum of five yearsβ experience working with complex databases such as HR and payroll computer systems in a networked environment. β’ Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication and customer service skills to be able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside of the Legacy community. β’ Ability to understand end user needs. β’ Knowledge of current human resource systems technology and client server technology. β’ Technical knowledge requirements include mathematical and statistical skills for data analysis; the ability to understand and apply the intent of HR policies, practices and regulations when developing system solutions; skill in understanding management principles sufficiently to lead and control various projects with intense deadlines; and ability to conceive and present concepts logically for reports and recommendations. β’ Experience with developing dashboards and complex report-writing within Power BI as well as in-basket management, troubleshooting technical issues and identifying viable solutions in Infor/Global HR. β’ Professional certification in specialty area preferred. Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources, computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
