Territory Manager - Agriculture (Remote - Midwest) We're looking for a Territory Manager to take ownership of a high-potential Midwest region representing a leading agricultural products company. Travel will be a regular part of this role as you grow market share, expand distributor relationships and work with end-users. What's Involved β€’ Drive growth across a defined Midwest territory by strengthening distributor and end-user relationships. β€’ Manage a diverse account portfolio while ensuring delivery of results and customer satisfaction. β€’ Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support clients and execute territory plans. β€’ Provide technical expertise on a portfolio of plant nutrition products. β€’ Oversee pricing execution and maintain competitive market positioning. β€’ Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding distributor networks. β€’ Deliver training, demonstrations, and presentations to customers and prospects. What You'll Bring β€’ A degree in Agronomy or a related field preferred. β€’ Proven sales success in the agricultural industry. β€’ Knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science, and crop management. β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills with distributors and producers. β€’ Experience managing accounts, forecasting sales, and executing strategic plans. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. β€’ Willingness to travel across the Midwest.
