They are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line support for customers experiencing technical issues related to cryptocurrency cold storage, ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining trust in their services. Responsibilities β’ Provide timely and professional technical support via email, phone, and webform in Zendesk. β’ Troubleshoot issues related to wallet creation and restoration, blockchain transactions, and crypto purchases. β’ Collaborate with product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. β’ Document and maintain internal knowledge base articles and user-facing FAQs. β’ Monitor system performance and report anomalies or outages. β’ Educate users on platform features, security best practices, and cryptocurrency fundamentals. β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and our product offerings. Skills β’ 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk roles, preferably in fintech or crypto. β’ Strong understanding of blockchain technology, wallets, exchanges, and cryptocurrency protocols. β’ Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk and Jira. β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. β’ Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. β’ Passion for crypto and a commitment to user security and privacy.
