BlueCross BlueShield Tennessee is recruiting the next Lead Medical Director for their Medicare Advantage program. This is a remote position, but applicants must have an active Tennessee medical license. Highlights of the role : โข Fully Remote position, can live anywhere in the United States (excludes CA, MA, NH, NJ, NY due to state law, tax code, regulatory restrictions). โข Identify and execute opportunities to improve quality, utilization, outcomes, member satisfaction, and more! โข Oversee a team of 5+ medical physicians and serve as a cross-functional liaison for operations, case management, utilization management, provider outreach, and others. โข Reports to and directly consults with the Chief Medical Officer; excellent opportunity for professional development! โข Realistic earning potential in the high $300,000โs along with an excellent benefits package!
