The Administrative Assistant to the CEO will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate communications, and ensure the efficient execution of daily activities. Responsibilities β€’ Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. β€’ Prioritize and optimize the CEO's time, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. β€’ Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO β€’ Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements. β€’ Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed. β€’ Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. β€’ Maintain confidentiality in all communications and interactions, exercising sound judgment and integrity. Skills β€’ Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives. β€’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Proficiency in English is required. β€’ Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. β€’ Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters. β€’ Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs and demands of the role. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and proactively anticipate needs. β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not required. β€’ Proficiency in Spanish at professional level is highly preferred.
