As a Client Support Representative, you will enhance customer experience through empathy and problem-solving while managing service appointments and customer inquiries. Responsibilities β’ Turn incoming calls into happy customers by scheduling service appointments and resolving issues with care. β’ Build relationships and respond to customer requests through phone, email, and text support. β’ Promote service memberships that help customers save money and stay comfortable year-round. β’ Outbound calling to preserve minimum maintenance and service calls for technicians. β’ Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to make sure every detail is right. β’ Collaborate with your team and participate in training to sharpen your service and sales skills. β’ Special projects or tasks as requested by your manager.
