They are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on vulnerability response and ITSM processes. Responsibilities • Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system stability and performance. • Manage and optimize the Vulnerability Response module, including integrations with container and application vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, etc.). • Maintain and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. • Implement and configure Cloud Discovery using ServiceNow Discovery and/or third-party integrations to track cloud assets (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). • Assist with basic Flow Designer automation in support of ITSM processes. • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated within SLAs. • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate system health and vulnerability trends. • Ensure compliance with best practices in data integrity, security, and ServiceNow governance. Skills • 2–5 years of experience administering ServiceNow in a medium to large enterprise environment. • Strong hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response module (including application and container vulnerabilities) • Cloud Discovery and related configuration • ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) • Basic experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation. • Understanding of vulnerability management principles and processes. • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS (basic navigation, asset identification). • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party security tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, AWS Inspector). • Familiarity with CMDB best practices. • Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Dashboards, or Reporting. • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or PowerShell.
