The role involves architecting and implementing scalable integrations between Salesforce Patient Connect and various systems using Rhapsody and HL7 FHIR standards. Responsibilities • Design and govern integration architecture across Salesforce, clinical, and financial systems • Implement FHIR-aligned canonical models and config-driven mappings • Externalize transforms, enforce schema validation, and manage versioning • Build resilient pipelines with Rhapsody and CI/CD for Apex and integration assets • Translate LVAD workflows into scalable Salesforce processes Skills • 6+ years in integration architecture; 4+ years with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Platform Events) • HL7 v2.x and FHIR R4 experience in production • Rhapsody or similar healthcare integration engine • Strong data transformation and schema governance skills • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and CI/CD practices Company Overview • Welcome to Jobs via Dice, the go-to destination for discovering the tech jobs you want.
