They are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale their Amazon channel, managing paid ads, optimizing listings, and ensuring Buy Box dominance while collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities β’ Own full Amazon acquisition lifecycle: prospecting, branded campaigns, retargeting, and reviews β’ Maintain 90%+ Buy Box ownership through proactive strategies β’ Manage SKU strategy, catalog management, and new product launches β’ Test emerging ad formats: Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV β’ Audit and optimize listings, manage Premium A+ content, and run CRO experiments β’ Track ASIN health, monitor keyword ranking, and execute incrementality tests β’ Align with Finance on forecasting and coordinate reseller/MAP enforcement Skills β’ Proven Amazon operator with experience managing $500K+ ad budgets or P&L responsibility β’ Hands-on, high-ownership operator comfortable driving projects end-to-end β’ Strong analytical skills with a bias for testing, optimization, and measurable results β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance) β’ Experience in retail, DTC, or marketplace expansion β’ Elite generalists or consulting backgrounds welcome Company Overview β’ UpRecruit is a marketplace for jobs.
