They are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale their Amazon channel, managing paid ads, optimizing listings, and ensuring Buy Box dominance while collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities β€’ Own full Amazon acquisition lifecycle: prospecting, branded campaigns, retargeting, and reviews β€’ Maintain 90%+ Buy Box ownership through proactive strategies β€’ Manage SKU strategy, catalog management, and new product launches β€’ Test emerging ad formats: Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV β€’ Audit and optimize listings, manage Premium A+ content, and run CRO experiments β€’ Track ASIN health, monitor keyword ranking, and execute incrementality tests β€’ Align with Finance on forecasting and coordinate reseller/MAP enforcement Skills β€’ Proven Amazon operator with experience managing $500K+ ad budgets or P&L responsibility β€’ Hands-on, high-ownership operator comfortable driving projects end-to-end β€’ Strong analytical skills with a bias for testing, optimization, and measurable results β€’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance) β€’ Experience in retail, DTC, or marketplace expansion β€’ Elite generalists or consulting backgrounds welcome Company Overview β€’ UpRecruit is a marketplace for jobs.
