Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Parsippany, NJ / Remote work from home Shifts: Rotating weekday schedule consisting of the following shifts: 8am-4pm Eastern, 9am-5pm Eastern, and 11am-7pm Eastern, plus regularly scheduled OT. Compensation: $17/ hour with standard overtime A web-based service provider for real estate professionals located in Northern NJ is currently seeking a customer focused individual for a fully remote, full-time, help desk position. Duties will include assisting users over phone and Zendesk tickets as well as working with our in-house developers to identify and resolve user and system problems. Ideal candidate will be skilled in customer service, be comfortable with technology, and be willing to learn. Benefits include Medical/Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off.
