Job Summary
- The Elite Job is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.

- Assist in IT security management by implementing antivirus solutions, firewalls, and system updates.

- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system efficiency and automation.

- Provide technical training and support to employees on IT systems and best practices.

- Assist with IT procurement, vendor management, and inventory tracking.

- Perform routine system audits, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-5 years of IT support experience.
- *
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
- *
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- *
- Familiarity with IT security principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
- *
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware/software issues.
- *
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- *
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- *
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- *
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Experience

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and system administration.

- Prior experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) or IT service companies preferred.
- Working Hours
- *
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)

- Occasional on-call support or weekend work may be required for system maintenance.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud solutions.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple IT issues efficiently.
