We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a remote, part-time, on-call capacity. This is a great opportunity for RNs who are passionate about supporting patient care, enjoy flexible scheduling, and want to work from home in a non-clinical role. As an on-call RN, you will be available to assist with complex cases that are escalated by case management care coaches (LPNs). Fluent in EnglishSelf-directed, able to work independently with little supervision while meeting performance metricsPassion for nursing and improving patient outcomesComfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems and platformsCurrent, unrestricted Compact Multi-State RN License (required)
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (required)
- Case Management or Chronic Disease Management experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and web-based applications
You must have a reliable, high-speed internet-connected computer (equipment not provided)
This role cannot be held alongside a full-time position
Shifts are scheduled in advance and must fall between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET , Monday through Friday
Evening and weekend hours are not available
You will self-schedule your shifts using our scheduling software
Must be available by phone for the full 8-hour on-call shift
40 flat rate per shift, plus $15 for each patient call you place
~ Flexible scheduling
Monthly via direct deposit, 40 days after the last day of the month of service for first check. (This is due to the time it takes Medicare to process reimbursements, but your monthly pay is guaranteed after the month is over.)
