SystemsAccountants is partnering with a high-growth SaaS company to recruit an Adaptive Planning Administrator to join their Finance Systems team. This role involves leading and optimizing Adaptive Planning operations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Serve as the system administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning, overseeing day-to-day operations, user management, and security settings • Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes • Maintain and optimize models for workforce, expense, and revenue planning • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data integrations with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Workday Financials, Snowflake, NetSuite) • Lead system upgrades, testing cycles, and post-deployment support • Support end-user training, documentation, and issue resolution Skills • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial modeling best practices • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Experience with data integrations and reporting tools is a plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Company Overview • SystemsAccountants is a consultancy that provides recruitment, finance system advisory, ERP application implementation & training services.
