Procurement Support Analyst – Public Procurement & Contract Compliance
Job Description:
We are hiring a Procurement Support Analyst to assist in RFP/RFI development, vendor compliance, and procurement lifecycle monitoring for major capital and transit initiatives. You’ll be key to ensuring transparency, fairness, and regulatory adherence in purchasing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support drafting of procurement documents (RFPs, RFIs, IFBs).
- Conduct bid evaluations and scorecard analyses.
- Track DBE/MBE/WBE vendor participation and compliance.
- Maintain contract status and procurement dashboards.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract terms.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Procurement, Public Admin, Legal Studies, or Business.
- Experience:
- 3–6 years supporting transit or infrastructure-related procurement.
- Familiarity with FAR, NYS finance rules, or MTA guidelines preferred.
- Skills:
- Contract drafting and negotiation support
- Bid tabulation and scoring tools
- Vendor portals and procurement platforms
- Stakeholder coordination and documentation
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB)
- NIGP Certified Procurement Professional
