- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Basic proficiency with virtual learning platforms and digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS systems).

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.

- Strong organizational skills and reliability.

- No prior professional tutoring experience required; previous experience in academic coaching, peer tutoring, or teaching assistant roles is a plus.
