- Support the Project Manager in the creation of contract deliverables, project plans, and reports
- Manage and maintain SharePoint-based training and help sites
- Develop user-focused training materials including Work Instructions, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and How-To Videos
- Design and administer end-user surveys to gather feedback on system functionality and training effectiveness
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline onboarding and minimize transition time from staff turnover
- Provide additional project support and other duties as assigned within the scope of contract execution
- Requirements:
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, user-friendly documentation
- Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and instructional content
- Familiarity with SharePoint site administration and content management
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Highly dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to commit to 10–20 hours per week, with a minimum of 40 hours completed within any four-week period.
