Role Description Kim IP, a New Jersey based intellectual property law firm, is seeking an experienced trademark attorney. • Hands on responsibility for client management • Exposure to clients from industry to individuals • Opportunity to grow practice with the support of an established and growing team of experienced IP professionals Qualifications • At least 6 years of trademark prosecution experience including U.S. and international prosecution and portfolio maintenance • Experience conducting trademark searches and rendering clearance opinions • Experience with TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations • Experience with trademark due diligence • Trademark litigation experience is a plus • Experience with domain name Uniform Dispute Resolution Proceedings is a plus • Copyright procurement experience is a plus • Self-sustaining book of business or willingness to grow book of business is required • Strong written and oral communication skills • State Bar admission required Requirements This is a remote position.
