- Hiring an experienced Community Associate to help scale and support our community of Venture Capitalists; oversee thousands of venture capital managers across several communities.
- The ideal candidate will have community management experience in a startup accelerator program or equivalent.

- Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles, preferably in fintech, VC, or startup ecosystems
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating inclusive, engaging content
- Previous experience with accelerator operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical nature
- A strong personal interest in Venture Capital
