The Onboarding Manager, MM role focuses on managing the onboarding experience for mid-market clients, ensuring they effectively utilize Connecteam through tailored training and support. Responsibilities β’ Leading onboarding projects with mid-market clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of Connecteam β’ Conducting discovery and system characterization sessions to understand client requirements and tailor configurations accordingly β’ Delivering advanced training sessions for admins, managers, across multiple departments or locations β’ Supporting integration and technical setup needs in collaboration with internal teams β’ Managing onboarding timelines and project milestones to ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success β’ Becoming a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, driving adoption strategies aligned with business goals β’ Identifying and addressing risks early to ensure a successful go-live and long-term retention β’ Acting as the customer advocate within Connecteam, influencing product development and cross-team collaboration β’ Continuously improving onboarding processes for scalability, efficiency, and client satisfaction Skills β’ Fluent English (spoken and written) - MUST β’ 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management roles - MUST β’ Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients β’ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders β’ Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing onboarding projects β’ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment β’ Growth mindset, resilience, and high motivation to help customers succeed β’ Be energetic, happy and positive β MUST β’ A team player! β’ Challenge seeker! β’ A self learner and independent! β’ Good under pressure and in a fast paced environment! β’ Hungry to conquer the market! β’ Work hard, but also play hard!
