The Part-Time Sourcer & Market Researcher will create innovative sourcing strategies and identify strong candidates across various roles, specifically in early-stage SaaS startups. Responsibilities • Creating innovative sourcing strategies • Identifying strong top-of-funnel leads • Organizing them into clear projects before handing them off to our Recruiting Team • Dive deep into the world of early stage SaaS startups • Uncovering hidden gems and bringing them to the forefront • Identifying stellar candidates across all levels, from rockstar individual contributors to visionary executives in both Technical & Non Technical roles Skills • Ability to create innovative sourcing strategies • Experience identifying strong top-of-funnel leads • Skill in organizing leads into clear projects • Experience in sourcing for early stage SaaS startups • Ability to identify candidates across all levels, from individual contributors to executives • Strong understanding of both Technical & Non Technical roles • Ability to work part-time and remotely • Ability to deliver on short notice, including nights and weekends Company Overview • Nova Talent is a boutique search firm placing top talent in high trajectory technology companies.
