Latitude Legal is a full-service national legal services company seeking an experienced immigration lawyer to assist a New York-based immigration law firm on a remote basis. The role involves handling immigration matters and requires candidates to have a strong background in both family-based and business employment immigration. Responsibilities • Assist a New York-based immigration law firm on a completely remote basis. • Handle immigration matters, including immigration related hearings. • Work independently. • Manage both family-based immigration and business employment immigration matters. Skills • 5+ years of practice handling immigration matters, including immigration related hearings • Capable of working independently • Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school. • Outstanding references • Active law license in any state and in good standing • Experience with both family-based immigration and business employment matters is a plus but it is not required. • Living in the New York area is a plus but it is not required.
