(negotiable) The role of the BA is to: • Build strong relationships with product owners, the business community, and the vendor • Be a champion of change, ensuring business readiness, as well as being a conduit between business owners and the project team • Exhibit strong and autonomous task management and thought leadership to drive changes and ensure continuous progress towards project goals • Articulate the project vision as needed and contribute to decisions surrounding the prioritization and 'road-mapping' of desired features • Represent Client's interests through collaboration and relationship building with the third-party provider • Provide frequent updates to senior-level program leadership, highlighting both progress and roadblocks The BA activities/artifacts will include: • Documenting current and future state, using process modeling tools, and ensuring that business needs are well-understood and precisely met on the target platform • Publishing desktop procedures that business users will value and embrace • Facilitating meetings and distributing high-quality meeting minutes, including decisions made, open issues, task ownership, target dates and next steps • Assisting with test case development and management of UAT activities Required Skills and Capabilities: • User requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation • Mid-Level Microsoft Excel capabilities (concatenation, V-look ups, pivot tables, etc.) • Mid-Level data analysis skills (interpret and articulate meaningful conclusions to business users and project leadership) • Gap analysis between current and future state needs • Ability to compose UAT plans and support test execution • Defect management and resolution • Strong command of written and spoken English • Strong influencing and leadership skills • Self-directed, persistent, results-oriented • Superb task-management and follow up skills • Typing speed 35 wpm or higher • Experience using Jira preferred A typical Day: • Working remotely for 8 hours productively with some lengthy days during critical phases • Occasional meetings during early morning or evening hours to accommodate offshore participants • Daily Stand Up/Scrum/Touchbase meetings with small and large teams • Online working meetings via video-conferencing tool with stakeholders and team • Possible long portions of the day working independently on assigned tasks Ideal Resume: • 2 3-page summary outlining work history, experience, and skills • Highlights the value they brought to their previous roles • Lists tangible achievements Vivek Kumar Senior Technical Recruiter Contact No: +1 646 968 8493 Expected salary: Location: New York City, NY Job date: Thu, 07 Sep 2023 22:32:15 GMT Apply for the job now!
