Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Loan Originator who is bilingual in Spanish and English—this is a must. In this fully remote role, you will: • Engage With Real Estate Partner Leads: Receive and manage leads from our affiliated realtor group, where most clients are Spanish-speaking and in need of down payment assistance. • Support First-Time Buyers: Guide clients through DPA programs and the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth experience. • Full Client Service: Handle applications, gather documents, and work closely with clients to meet their needs, all while working remotely. • Growth Opportunity: This is a commission-based position, but you’ll have the chance to build your own client base over time. Qualifications · Experience: o Minimum of 1 year as a loan originator. Bilingual: o Fluency in both Spanish and English is Prefferred DPA Familiarity: o Strong Knowledge of down payment assistance programs and experience with first-time homebuyers · Licensing: o Active NMLS license in good standing. Multi-state licensing preferred. Technical Skills: o Proficiency with Calyx Path or similar LOS. o Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools. o Strong computer literacy (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.). · Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong ethical standards and attention to compliance. o Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined in a remote work setting.
