Job Title: Senior Developer β Generative AI (GenAI) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time US Citizens only Preferred to have an ACTIVE IRS MBI Clearance Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI to design, develop, and implement advanced GenAI solutions using large language models (LLMs) and related technologies. This role focuses on building scalable AI-powered applications and integrating them into enterprise systems. Responsibilities: β’ Design, develop, and optimize GenAI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools. β’ Implement prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune LLMs for specific business use cases. β’ Integrate LLMs with existing systems through APIs and microservices. β’ Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for knowledge-based applications. β’ Write clean, maintainable code in Python and other relevant languages. β’ Ensure responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and safety guardrails. β’ Stay current with evolving GenAI technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Required Qualifications: β’ 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML and GenAI solutions. β’ Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock). β’ Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI frameworks. β’ Understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). β’ Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating AI models into enterprise systems.
