Casting Call: Nonprofit Specialist (Consultant) We are looking for an experienced Nonprofit Specialist who can provide expert guidance on how to properly establish a nonprofit organization in the United States. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with nonprofit formation, compliance, and strategic setup. Responsibilities: • Explain the full process of opening a nonprofit in the USA • Advise on required documents, IRS regulations, 501(c)(3) application, and state registrations • Provide insights on legal structure, bylaws, boards, and compliance • Offer best practices for launching and operating a successful nonprofit • Answer questions and guide us step by step through the formation process Requirements: • Proven experience working with or creating U.S. nonprofits • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations • Ability to clearly communicate processes and requirements • Consulting experience preferred If this sounds like you, please apply with your background, experience, and rate.
