Responsibilities • Conduct reviews of pre-existing US History items • Verifying the alignment of items with the relevant US History standards • Confirming their compatibility with the designated depth of knowledge (DOK) • Ensuring compliance with universal design specifications • Validating the accuracy of the content Skills • Knowledge of The Formative Assessment Cycle • Knowledge of Common Core State Standards • Understanding of Webb's Depth of Knowledge (DOK) • Understanding of Universal Design best practices • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients • Critical thinking skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines • BS, MS, or higher degree in K12 social studies education or related field • 3-5 years of experience as a classroom teacher within a K12 environment or related experience • Previous experience with assessment design Company Overview • Lennections offers educational tools like Assesslets for formative instruction and teacher-student connectivity.
