Today we are hiring (2) Remote / Hybrid, ServiceNow Developer or Engineer in Chandler, AZ, so you must live in the area for office work days; Required. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer with hands-on experience in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join our growing ServiceNow practice. In this role, you will design, configure, and enhance CMDB-related solutions that improve data accuracy, automate discovery, and strengthen IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Asset Management capabilities. Location : Hybrid – Chandler, AZ (or Greater Phoenix are) Must live in area for hire consideration. Type : Full-time at $90,000 - $130,000 yr or ( open to contract to hire / The Contract Max Rate - all inclusive $110 / hr) You’ll work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping . • Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules to enhance data visibility and operational efficiency. • Configure identification and reconciliation rules, CI classes, and relationship models. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Orchestration tools. • Conduct data analysis, reconciliation, and CMDB audits to maintain data integrity. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB data, integrations, and platform performance. • Contribute to platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing process improvement initiatives. • Follow Agile delivery methodologies and participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or engineering experience. • Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns . • Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow platform configuration. • Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM. • Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST / SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
