You will have responsibility for:
- Define the right digital strategies to promote our company and its product user acquisition and community management initiatives.
- Manage our website, social media, mailing campaigns, SEO, content creation, blog, community activities.
- Run day to day operations with agile methods that fit with the small size of the company and its big ambitions.
- Define and track metrics to learn rapidly what works, what doesn't and adapt our digital initiatives in fast iterations (weekly if not daily).
- Build and manage a team of interns, and later of contractors and employees. Provide them with mentoring, leadership, and growth opportunities, rewarding team members for exceptional performance.
- Represent the company, promoting new and innovative ideas, inspire trust in the products and underlying AI that the company is building, through an active involvement across the public spaces.
Qualifications
Must have: 4 years of digital marketing experience.
Comfortable with uncertainty: this is a startup & we will pivot N times till product market fit.
Successful growth hacking experience.
Experience in digital marketing of B2B software.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing; Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
Solid skills in digital marketing methods and tools.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment.
Solution driven thinking.
Comfortable with working remotely, at least partially.
