We’re seeking a hands-on senior developer who can architect and build AI tools while overseeing IT operations—someone who thrives as a one-person innovation engine.
- What You’ll Do
- AI Tool Development: Build and deploy AI-driven solutions for workflow automation, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support.
- IT Oversight: Manage MSP performance, infrastructure, and security protocols.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with operations to streamline documentation, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Innovation Leadership: Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot new systems.
- End-to-End Execution: Own the full lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—with minimal hand-holding.
- What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience (Python, Node.js, React, or similar)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (EMRs, HIPAA compliance, HL7/FHIR)
- Comfort managing IT vendors and infrastructure
- Strong communication and autonomy—able to operate as a one-person tech team
