Job Title: INFOR ERP LX Developer Location: Cary, NC 27511 (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Experience: 10+ Years Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced INFOR ERP LX Developer with strong expertise in INFOR LX 8.3.x Manufacturing Systems. The role involves day-to-day production support, custom development, system enhancements, and close collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver effective ERP solutions. Scope of Work / Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot end-user issues within INFOR ERP LX 8.3.5. • Design and develop system enhancements and customizations using: • SQL • RPGLE • CLP • Collaborate with IT teams, data analysts, business process experts, and end users to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements. • Participate across the full project lifecycle, including: • Requirements gathering • Design and development • Testing • Deployment and rollout • Support ERP integrations with internal and external systems. • Ensure solutions adhere to performance, security, and maintainability standards. • Document technical designs, enhancements, and support procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience as an INFOR LX Developer. • Strong hands-on experience with INFOR LX 8.3.x Manufacturing Systems. • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and financial principles. • Proficiency in SQL, RPGLE, and CLP programming. • Experience supporting and integrating ERP systems. • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural, distributed team environment.
