Job Description

They are seeking a project coordinator to support the development of digital, print, and other products in their math portfolio, assisting in scheduling and coordination with internal teams and vendor partners. Responsibilities β€’ Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables in print and/or digital production schedules β€’ Track tasks against project deadlines to complete work on time β€’ Understand workflows and dependencies between components, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the cross-functional team for those components β€’ Ensure that production schedules and deliverables are on track to meet project milestones β€’ Facilitate key handoffs to internal and external partners β€’ Assist the project manager with risk and issue management β€’ Assist the project manager with decision and change management β€’ Assist the project manager with the creation of project schedules β€’ Attend production status meetings and follow up on action items β€’ Review vendor cost reports and invoices against the work completed β€’ Make recommendations for process improvements as appropriate Skills β€’ 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills β€’ Proven ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment β€’ Experience working on projects in the educational publishing industry β€’ Ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple partners at varying levels of an organization β€’ Strong communication skills β€’ Keen interest in a career in project management Company Overview β€’ A pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, Amplify is leading the way in next-generation curriculum and formative assessment.
