- Must be a US Citizen
- You communicate clearly and professionally across cultures and time zones

- Must be willing to get Licensed in Life and Health Insurance
- Responsibilities:
- Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Resolve order issues, returns, and product questions with professionalism and warmth
- Contribute ideas to improve support processes and customer experience
