As a designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and natural-sounding dialogue using linguistic techniques and conversational mechanics. Required Skills & Qualifications β’ Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2 β’ 5 years of experience in conversational design, linguistics, or a related field β’ Portfolio that showcases your ability to design and develop engaging conversational systems β’ Experience with linguistic techniques and conversational mechanics β’ Strong understanding of user experience principles and human-centered design β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications β’ 10 years of experience in conversational design, linguistics, or a related field β’ Experience with AI and machine learning technologies β’ Experience with dialogue management systems and natural language processing (NLP) tools β’ Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies Day-to-Day Responsibilities β’ Design and develop dialogue systems that simulate human-like conversations β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish processes and align on project goals β’ Contribute to strategic decisions with Design, Product, and Executive teams β’ Create end-to-end conversational flows with satisfying mechanics and dialogue loops β’ Solicit feedback from other designers to continually improve product quality β’ Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and QA for user experience implementation β’ Quickly solve issues with cross-functional leads, including user research and product management β’ Clearly articulate conversational design decisions to internal stakeholders β’ Advocate for conversational design within the organization Company Benefits & Culture β’ Inclusive and diverse work environment β’ Opportunities for professional growth and development β’ Supportive and collaborative team culture For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex Remote About the Company: Artech LLC Apply tot his job
