They are seeking a Legal Ops, Research & Compliance β AI Trainer to translate legal workflows into AI training scenarios and conduct legal research to ensure compliance in AI outputs. Responsibilities β’ Translate real-world legal operations and compliance workflows into structured AI training scenarios β’ Develop, curate, and refine legal datasets, research outputs, and compliance use cases for AI training β’ Conduct in-depth legal research to inform AI model development and validation β’ Analyze statutes, regulations, and policies to ensure legal accuracy in AI-generated content β’ Assess governance requirements, risk factors, and audit findings for inclusion in AI compliance scenarios β’ Review AI-generated legal and compliance outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness β’ Collaborate with cross-functional AI and quality teams to align legal workflows with AI systems β’ Provide clear written and verbal feedback to continuously improve AI model performance Skills β’ Strong professional experience in legal operations, legal research, or compliance management β’ Academic background in legal studies, law, business, compliance, public policy, or a related discipline β’ Strong expertise in legal research and analysis, including statutes, regulations, and policy interpretation β’ Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory oversight β’ Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, AML, or sector-specific compliance frameworks β’ Experience with legal operations management, process optimization, and legal technology tools β’ Strong risk assessment, governance support, and audit preparation capabilities β’ Ability to synthesize complex legal and compliance information into structured outputs β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and precision β’ Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment β’ Experience working with AI, legal tech, or compliance technology platforms β’ Familiarity with agile environments or legal digital transformation initiatives β’ Certifications in compliance, risk management, or legal operations Company Overview β’ At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
