Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aston Carter is a recognized tech/logistics company seeking a Field Sales Representative for a new delivery program. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the partner program, pitching the opportunity, and managing the application process. Responsibilities β’ Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to a two-hour driving distance) β’ Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest in applying β’ Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce β’ Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings β’ Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations β’ Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity and tracking Skills β’ Business development β’ CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred β’ 1+ years in sales and/or customer service experience β’ Exceptional customer service and communication skills β’ Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others β’ High sense of urgency and attention to detail β’ Problem-solving skills for applicants in the field β’ Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology β’ Ability to travel up to a 4-hour round trip distance daily β’ Account management or outside/field sales experience is preferred β’ Field sales experience is a plus β’ Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is advantageous Benefits β’ Medical, dental & vision β’ Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital β’ 401(k) Retirement Plan β Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available β’ Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) β’ Short and long-term disability β’ Health Spending Account (HSA) β’ Transportation benefits β’ Employee Assistance Program β’ Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Company Overview β’ Aston Carter is a staffing and recruiting company providing risk and compliance services.
