They are seeking a Documentation Specialist to support the preparation and submission of Kβ5 Spanish Language Arts curricular materials for state-level review, ensuring compliance with state standards and instructional criteria. Responsibilities β’ Review and analyze Spanish Language Arts curriculum materials to extract key information for state submission documentation β’ Create comprehensive alignment documents demonstrating how Spanish Language Arts materials meet state bilingual education standards and instructional criteria β’ Write clear, professional narratives in English that explain Spanish curriculum content and instructional approaches for state reviewers β’ Develop and maintain organized documentation systems using Google Docs and Google Sheets, including advanced features like cross-referencing, deep linking, and automated formatting β’ Collaborate with curriculum and compliance teams to ensure all submission materials meet specific state requirements and formatting guidelines β’ Conduct quality assurance reviews of documentation packages to verify accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation β’ Manage multiple state submission projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Skills β’ Professional-level Spanish reading proficiency with strong comprehension of academic and instructional content β’ Excellent English writing skills with demonstrated ability to create clear, professional documentation for state review audiences β’ Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience β’ 2+ years of experience in documentation, compliance, curriculum support, or educational publishing β’ Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) including collaborative editing, linking, formatting, and organizational features β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formatting and content guidelines β’ Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members β’ Familiarity with Amplify Caminos or other Kβ5 Spanish Language Arts curriculum programs β’ Experience with state-level curriculum review processes, educational compliance, or regulatory submissions β’ Background in bilingual education, dual-language programs, or Spanish language instruction β’ Experience working with educational standards frameworks (TEKS, CCSS, state bilingual education standards) β’ Experience creating professional documentation for external review or audit purposes β’ Comfort working in digital collaborative environments and learning new platforms as needed Company Overview β’ A pioneer in Kβ12 education since 2000, Amplify is leading the way in next-generation curriculum and formative assessment.
