Role Overview: NetSuite Project Manager
- The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring they meet our clients' expectations and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills ideally paired with a foundational understanding of NetSuite functionalities.Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple NetSuite ERP implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction while meeting scope, timeline and budget expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and deliverables.
- Monitor project execution, tracking deliverables, milestone and budget performance using internal project management tools.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Ensure governance and compliance, maintaining project status reports and documentation in collaboration with the Project Control Officer.
- Manage scope changes and oversee the Change order process.
- Lead client status meetings and ensure clear communication of project progress and expectations.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering with clients to understand and document their business needs and translate them into practical NetSuite solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants, technical specialists, and key client stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards and our client's business processes are optimized post-implementation.
- Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in managing NetSuite ERP system implementations, preferably across various industries.
- Strong project management background with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is advantageous.
