Program Operations & Performance Systems Consultant (Nonprofit | Remote) Hours: 15β20 hrs/week Term: 90 days (30-day review) Reports to: Executive Director & Director of Operations Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) Making A Change Group (MACG) is a community-based nonprofit supporting youth, young adults, and families through mentoring, violence prevention, workforce readiness, and family engagement programs. We are seeking a consultant-level operator to help stabilize operations and build repeatable systems across multiple programs. Programs Supported β’ Team MAC β’ Connected Families β’ GVINE Initiative (NexChap, Gβs Mentor Gβs, ROAR) βΈ» What Youβll Do β’ Stabilize and clarify program operations across initiatives β’ Build and document SOPs, workflows, schedules, and checklists β’ Improve accountability, communication, and follow-through β’ Strengthen reporting, data capture, and staff consistency β’ Reduce day-to-day operational burden on leadership β’ Act as an operational thought partner to senior leadership βΈ» Success in the First 30 Days β’ A clear operational map of how work flows across programs and staff β’ Priority SOPs drafted and actively in use β’ Improved clarity around schedules, expectations, and reporting β’ Noticeable reduction in leadership bottlenecks βΈ» Ideal Candidate β’ 5+ years in nonprofit ops, program management, or systems work β’ Proven experience building SOPs and operational systems β’ Strong written communication and documentation skills β’ Independent, proactive, and systems-oriented βΈ» Please share: 1.
