Impact Advisors is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm dedicated to delivering exceptional advisory and implementation services. They are seeking a Workday Supply Chain Consultant to drive transformational change for healthcare clients by improving processes and implementing Workday's supply chain management software. Responsibilities • Be a catalyst for change as you act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, providing expert advice on industry-leading supply chain best practices • Take the lead on client engagements, using your sharp analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions that are tailored to their needs • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design processes, and configure the software to bring their supply chain operations to the next level • Conduct business process analysis that pushes the boundaries of what's possible, developing workflows and process maps that will drive efficiency and effectiveness • Configure Workday Supply Chain Management modules based on the established design • Be at the forefront of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards • Be the voice of innovation as you present solutions and best practices to clients, stakeholders and internal teams • Stay ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare supply chain management Skills • 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving change and making a difference • Experience as a workstream lead for Workday Supply Chain Management implementation projects • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain management processes and operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics • Knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management or other related supply chain software • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills that set you apart from the crowd • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will be challenged to bring your A-game every day • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent work experience • Workday certification preferred Benefits • May also be eligible for an annual bonus • Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
