Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MedTrainer is an all-in-one compliance, credentialing, and training platform used by healthcare organizations. The SaaS Training & Onboarding Manager will create exceptional learning experiences for clients and internal team members, manage onboarding processes, and develop training content for successful product adoption. Responsibilities β€’ Design and deliver onboarding programs for new clients to ensure successful implementation and product adoption β€’ Reduce onboarding cycle time through better project oversight/efficiencies, content, and scalable delivery methods β€’ Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding content stays accurate as the platform evolves β€’ Facilitate training sessions for clients and internal teams β€’ Track learning outcomes and ensure measurable improvement in knowledge, adoption, and results β€’ Support continuous skill building for the Client Success team β€’ Work closely with CCO, Client Success leadership, Product, Support, and Marketing to ensure content accuracy and alignment β€’ Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to continuously improve training content and onboarding workflow β€’ Develop high-quality training materials (courses, videos, guides, job aids, curricula) for both internal employees and external clients β€’ Create content covering: The MedTrainer SaaS platform, Client Success skills and methodologies, Leadership and soft-skills development β€’ Build repeatable, scalable training frameworks that can grow into a formalized training function Skills β€’ 3+ years managing software onboarding, implementation or training teams β€’ Experience project managing Saas implementations β€’ Experience delivering training to both internal teams and external clients β€’ Excellent client facing presentation and facilitation skills β€’ Bachelor's degree (to demonstrate strong learning capability) β€’ Strong communication, project management, and curriculum design skills β€’ Experience with client onboarding, implementation, or adoption programs β€’ Ability to build and lead a new team focused on onboarding and training β€’ Ability to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly content β€’ Strong communication, facilitation and skills β€’ Experience working cross-functionally across Client Success, Product, and Support Benefits β€’ Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer contribution β€’ Life & disability insurance β€’ 401(k) Company Overview β€’ MedTrainer is a healthcare workforce compliance software provider.
