The Opportunity We are seeking Senior M&A Advisors / Business Brokers with experience in lower middle market transactions ($1Mβ$50M in revenue). This is a fully remote role offering 100% commission with exceptional earning potential. What We Provide β’ Steady, active deal flow (sell-side) β’ Professional valuation services β’ Marketing and buyer outreach services β’ Transaction and administrative support β’ Training and ongoing professional development β’ A scalable platform designed for senior advisors Key Responsibilities β’ Advise business owners on sell-side M&A transactions β’ Lead client relationships from initial engagement through close β’ Manage deal processes from valuation presentation to close β’ Work with internal valuation, marketing, and support teams to execute transactions efficiently β’ Maintain high professional and ethical standards throughout the transaction lifecycle Ideal Candidate Profile β’ 20+ years of general industry experience β’ Experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, business brokerage, or entrepreneurship β’ Proven success closing lower middle market deals ($1Mβ$50M revenue) β’ Strong financial, strategic, and negotiation skills β’ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently β’ Excellent communication and client management capabilities Education Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree required β’ MBA, CPA, JD or other advanced degree strongly preferred Compensation & Upside β’ 100% commission-based compensation β’ No income cap β’ Realistic annual earnings of $500,000 to $1,000,000+ for top performers β’ Platform designed to support sustained, long-term success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: β’ Flexible schedule Education: β’ Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: β’ Business Basic: 10 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
