Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Helic & Co. is seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to support their compliance function. This role involves assisting with monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities • Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls • Support compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments • Help maintain compliance documentation, logs, and records • Assist with reviewing transactions, reports, and business activities for regulatory adherence • Support the investigation and escalation of potential compliance issues • Help track regulatory changes and assist with updating policies and procedures • Prepare basic compliance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders • Support compliance training and awareness initiatives • Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for compliance activities Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related analytical role • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance concepts • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally • Analytical and critical-thinking skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Time management and ability to meet deadlines • Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment • Ethical judgment and integrity Company Overview • Providing professional consultation to businesses.
