The role involves analyzing complex datasets, building dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and support decision-making. Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL to inform sales strategies and decisions • Collaborate with sales stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency • Prepare and present visually compelling reports and recommendations to leadership, ensuring clarity and impact in every communication • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data flows, seamless reporting, and robust documentation for BI solutions Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL • Strong skills in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to travel (occasional meeting/site visit, less than 5%) • Candidates with exposure to Python highly preferred Benefits • Competitive individual and group benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Paid Time Off including Holiday pay • 401(k) with company match • Safe and clean work environment Company Overview • OnTrac is the solution of choice for last-mile e-commerce deliveries that helps retailers and shippers build a competitive advantage through faster delivery times, lower costs, coast-to-coast coverage, and reliable on-time performance.
