We are launching a new learning design and development company and are building a trusted network of freelance learning professionals to collaborate with us on upcoming client projects. Our approach is sample-driven: We present curated sample projects to prospective clients. When a client selects a sample aligned with their needs, we then engage the original creator to deliver the full project under an agreed scope, timeline, and budget. We are currently seeking experienced professionals who are open to: - Sharing selected samples of their past work (with permission and attribution) - Being available for future, project-based engagements when their work is selected by a client This is not a one-off gig—it’s an opportunity to be part of a growing talent pool for recurring client work. Who We’re Looking For: We are interested in freelancers with experience in one or more of the following roles: - Instructional Designers - eLearning Developers - Curriculum Developers / Learning Architects - Training Content Developers - Multimedia Learning Designers Experience across corporate training, higher education, professional learning, compliance training, or skills-based learning is a plus. What You’ll Do: Share 1–3 high-quality work samples, downloadable SCORM files, PDFs, MP4 (or portfolio links) that you’re comfortable allowing us to showcase to prospective clients. Briefly describe: - The learning problem the project addressed - Your role in the project - Tools used (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, LMS platforms, etc.) - When a client selects your sample: - We will contact you to confirm availability - Agree on budget, timeline, and scope - Hand over the project directly to you for execution You maintain ownership of your work and will be contracted and paid per project.
