Job Description
We’re a Tampa Florida-based real estate brokerage hiring an experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support our broker-owner remotely. This role is for someone who already understands real estate transactions and can work independently with minimal oversight.
This is not an entry-level assistant role. Prior real estate experience is required.
- Responsibilities
- Manage executive scheduling and inbox organization
- Coordinate transactions from contract to close
- Prepare and organize listing and transaction documents
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies
- Track deadlines, compliance items, and transaction milestones
- Maintain CRM accuracy and transaction records
- Requirements (Read Carefully)
- 2+ years of real estate experience as an Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or Virtual Assistant
- Strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and real estate workflows
- Comfortable with CRMs, Dotloop, Google Workspace, and MLS systems
- Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License and be able to work as a 1099 contractor with reliable availability
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and deadline-driven
